𝙃𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 & 𝘿𝙞𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 – 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙠 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙞𝙩𝙛𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙨

𝙃𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 & 𝘿𝙞𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 – 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙠 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙞𝙩𝙛𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙨
 
In this entrepreneurial world, the word HUSTLE is thrown a little everywhere.
 
‘𝑌𝑜𝑢 𝑛𝑒𝑒𝑑 𝑡𝑜 ℎ𝑢𝑠𝑡𝑙𝑒 𝑡𝑜 𝑔𝑒𝑡 𝑤ℎ𝑒𝑟𝑒 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑤𝑎𝑛𝑡 𝑡𝑜 𝑔𝑜.’
‘𝑌𝑜𝑢 𝑛𝑒𝑒𝑑 𝑡𝑜 𝑝𝑢𝑡 𝑖𝑛 80 ℎ𝑜𝑢𝑟𝑠 𝑎 𝑤𝑒𝑒𝑘 𝑛𝑜𝑤 𝑖𝑓 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑤𝑎𝑛𝑡 𝑡𝑜 𝑟𝑒𝑡𝑖𝑟𝑒 𝑎𝑡 40.’
‘𝐼𝑓 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑑𝑜𝑛’𝑡 𝑑𝑒𝑣𝑜𝑡𝑒 𝑦𝑜𝑢𝑟 𝑡𝑖𝑚𝑒 𝑎𝑛𝑑 ℎ𝑢𝑠𝑡𝑙𝑒 𝑖𝑛 𝑦𝑜𝑢𝑟 𝑏𝑢𝑠𝑖𝑛𝑒𝑠𝑠, 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑎𝑟𝑒 𝑛𝑜𝑡 𝑚𝑎𝑑𝑒 𝑓𝑜𝑟 ℎ𝑎𝑣𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑦𝑜𝑢𝑟 𝑜𝑤𝑛 𝑏𝑢𝑠𝑖𝑛𝑒𝑠𝑠.’
 
And it can go the other way too.
 
‘𝑌𝑜𝑢 𝑑𝑜𝑛’𝑡 𝑛𝑒𝑒𝑑 𝑡𝑜 ℎ𝑢𝑠𝑡𝑙𝑒, 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑗𝑢𝑠𝑡 𝑛𝑒𝑒𝑑 𝑡𝑜 𝑓𝑜𝑙𝑙𝑜𝑤 𝑦𝑜𝑢𝑟 𝑖𝑛𝑡𝑢𝑖𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛.’
‘𝐻𝑢𝑠𝑡𝑙𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑖𝑠 𝑛𝑜𝑡 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑎𝑛𝑠𝑤𝑒𝑟, 𝑚𝑎𝑛𝑖𝑓𝑒𝑠𝑡𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑖𝑠.’
‘𝐻𝑢𝑠𝑡𝑙𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑑𝑜𝑒𝑠𝑛’𝑡 𝑐𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑡𝑒 𝑠𝑢𝑐𝑐𝑒𝑠𝑠, 𝑦𝑜𝑢𝑟 𝑚𝑖𝑛𝑑𝑠𝑒𝑡 𝑑𝑜𝑒𝑠.’
  
You see, 1 will burn you out. And the other? Well, it doesn’t work by just thinking & feelings things.
 
Why do we have to choose 1 or the other? Because since you created a successful business, you had to do a little of both.
 
You had to work, hustle at times, but it was easier and funner when it was through inspired actions.
 
𝘏𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘰𝘭𝘶𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘢 𝘴𝘶𝘤𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘧𝘶𝘭 𝘣𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴s: 𝘍𝘰𝘤𝘶𝘴𝘦𝘥 & 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘓𝘌𝘈𝘋𝘚 𝘪𝘯 𝘴𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘐𝘕𝘊𝘖𝘔𝘌 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘴𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘐𝘔𝘗𝘈𝘊𝘛.
 
You need to do the work, show up for your business, get things done…yes….hustling…but with a focus and also aligned to what works with your personality and lifestyle.
 
𝙉𝙤𝙬, 𝙡𝙚𝙩’𝙨 𝙗𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙫𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 & 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙡𝙙.
 
We hear way too often the hustling system.
 
‘𝑁𝑜 𝑝𝑎𝑖𝑛, 𝑛𝑜 𝑔𝑎𝑖𝑛.’
‘ 𝑆𝑢𝑔𝑎𝑟 𝑖𝑠 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑑𝑒𝑣𝑖𝑙, 𝑦𝑜𝑢 ℎ𝑎𝑣𝑒 𝑡𝑜 𝑐𝑢𝑡 𝑖𝑡 𝑜𝑢𝑡.’
‘𝑇ℎ𝑒𝑟𝑒 𝑎𝑟𝑒 𝑔𝑜𝑜𝑑 𝑓𝑜𝑜𝑑𝑠 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑏𝑎𝑑 𝑓𝑜𝑜𝑑𝑠. 𝑂𝑛𝑙𝑦 ℎ𝑎𝑣𝑒 𝑠𝑢𝑝𝑒𝑟𝑓𝑜𝑜𝑑𝑠 𝑓𝑜𝑟 ℎ𝑒𝑎𝑙𝑡ℎ.’

‘𝐵𝑒 𝑚𝑖𝑛𝑑𝑓𝑢𝑙 𝑤ℎ𝑒𝑛 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑒𝑎𝑡, 𝑡ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝑖𝑠 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑎𝑛𝑠𝑤𝑒𝑟.’
‘𝑌𝑜𝑢 𝑎𝑟𝑒 𝑏𝑒𝑎𝑢𝑡𝑖𝑓𝑢𝑙 𝑎𝑛𝑑 ℎ𝑒𝑎𝑙𝑡ℎ𝑦 𝑎𝑡 𝑎𝑛𝑦 𝑠𝑖𝑧𝑒.’
 
But, there 2 are extremes as well. 1 is military extreme (leading to stress eating, emotional eating and binge eating), and the other is a little too hippi-ish for me (not looking at health as a goal and only being in the present moment.)
 
Just like business, it is about that MIDDLE to feel great in your body & still eat the foods you love!
 
𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝 𝙨𝙪𝙘𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙞𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨: 𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙙𝙤 𝙨𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠 𝙩𝙤 𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙗𝙤𝙙𝙮 𝙗𝙖𝙘𝙠 𝙤𝙣 𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙠, 𝙩𝙤 𝙛𝙚𝙚𝙙 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙗𝙤𝙙𝙮 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙩 𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙙𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠 𝙖𝙩 𝙤𝙥𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙖𝙡 𝙡𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙚 𝙚𝙢𝙥𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙛𝙪𝙡 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙝𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙩𝙨 & 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙛𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙨.
 
It is a balance, ying/yang.
 
In business and in health.
 
So it is time to STOP yo-yoing in your habits doing extreme things, and center yourself (and your actions).
 
Hustling is not the answer.
 
Dieting is not the answer.
 
Intuition is not the answer.
 
Mindful eating is not the answer.
 
What is the answer?
 
Aligned actions & consistency in business.
 
Aligned actions & consistency in health.
 
Aligned actions & consistency.
 
PERIOD.
