So, long story short, I struggled with my weight, with dieting, with binging eating since I was a kid. But my past struggles are no longer part of my reality. I’ve dealt with them and am free from their energy.

And yesterday is the BEST example to show you how doing the inner work on ending the battle with binge eating truly creates a life that many dream of.

So, let’s start.

Yesterday was kind of a crazy day for me.

I just started an online coaching program to up-level my life, my business, my everything… (yes, investing in ourselves is a must for everyone)

And even jumped on a few online challenges because I love learning new things!

But, I was too distracted.

I have no idea where time went, and next thing I knew, I was in the car, with my partner, on our way to our’s friends’ BBQ at 4pm.

I was tired, stomach was growling and then it hit me.

OMG I FORGOT TO EAT LUNCH!

This truly never happens to me but on crazy days, it can.

And yesterday it did.

And did you know what my partner told me?

‘It’s ok, you will have more space to eat for tonight’

More space to eat for tonight? What? hmmm…nope. So I replied (because yes, I always speak my mind when it comes to ideas around food, weight, confidence…ok ok…I always speak my mind about everything!)

‘More space? My stomach is empty. It didn’t expand to make more space. I don’t have or feel the need to eat more because I totally forgot I missed lunch. I just missed lunch, kinda tired, that’s it’

Partner….muted 😉

Anyways, we arrived to our friends’ place, enjoyed an amazing meal, and guess what?

I felt great.

I ate slowly.

I enjoyed each bite.

I was in the moment and not thinking of ‘catching up’ what I missed with lunch.

I was being in the here and now, and my body received what it needed, and that’s that.

But…

Everyone else at the table?

That’s a whole other story.

‘Ouf, I ate too much.’

‘Oh this is so good. I am no longer hungry but I need to eat another one.’

And this happens very often (no judgement here because I had these beliefs as well for too many years), because we have this belief around food, of now-or-never, or might-as-well, or I’ll-get-back-on-track-tomorrow.

But I’ve done enough work on myself, and I’ve coached many people to actually have a whole different way of seeing events, or skipped meals, or buffets.

‘I am connected to my needs, and always in tuned to my body.’

‘I am free to eat what I want when I want, not just today.’

‘I love and respect my body.’

And so many more.

You see, the way you are with food has to do with what your beliefs and habits are around food.

You are not stuck with them. You learned them…which means you can unlearn them.

And this is how I am, in full transparency, taking care of to maintain in my daily life.

And this is what my clients are creating in their life, every single day, because of our work together.

And this is something that is accessible to you.

If you are ready to break-free from the habits and beliefs that are keeping you on the dieting and binge eating rollercoaster.

Let’s talk.

Give me 90 days.

And you will get your mind and health back.
